HOUSTON — September 4, 2018 — Managing Director of Consolidated Ship Repair, Trevor Davis, announced the company has not only rebranded, but updated their entire website. CSR’s new campaign – “Drop Anchor” – highlights the shipyard’s ability to fleet all types of vessels for maintenance or deployment preparation for projects in the Gulf of Mexico.

“We want customers to feel like their docked at their own location,” Davis explained. “Our waterfront facility offers a variety of services from dockside services and load-outs to fabrication and heavy crane capabilities.”

CSR’s facility boasts over a mile of waterfront, 50k square foot fabrication shop, 7k square foot warehouse and operations center and a 3k square foot project management and engineering office space. Plus, CSR is also one of only five active spool bases in the United States, centrally located for pipelay projects in and around the Gulf.

“Our team is hired by many oil and gas clients since we’re a reliable a source for services their operations count on,” Brent Sappington, CSR marine manager said. “The new brand and website strengthens CSR’s identity, which will lead to more opportunities to work with industry heavy hitters.”

CSR’s new campaign communicates their vast capabilities in an energetic and friendly tone.

“The new brand positions CSR as the go-to shipyard,” Davis said. “While many companies in the oil and gas arena are downsizing, we’re boldly growing and expanding in the down market.”
