Collette Davis has completed accounting work for the past 25 plus years for a variety of industries including banking, investments, real estate, property management, securities, escrow, tax and hospitality. Her most recent position as Assistant Controller of Moody National Companies allowed her to develop leadership and management skills with a team of eight accountants and accounts payable representatives. Collette’s accounting experience and more than 6 years of management experience has prepared her to excel as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hydra.
Collette holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Accountancy and Information Systems from the University of Texas.
Larry McGuire has been in the marine industry for nearly 30 years—and has worked on the property CSR is located on for 20 of them. Beginning his career as a mechanic for offshore pipelay company, Offshore Pipeline Inc. (later sold to J. Ray McDermott), Larry maintained and repaired equipment on pipelay vessels, dredges and derrick barges. Later in his career, he became the Chief Mechanic for Horizon Offshore, primarily overseeing land-based work including facility and vessel equipment management and repair. In 2005, Larry was promoted to Equipment Superintendent, managing the maintenance department and offshore mechanics. He held that position through the Horizon Offshore buyout by Cal Dive International and until Cal Dive went out of business in 2015.
Larry’s industry knowledge and skillset are an asset to the CSR team. In his current role for CSR, Larry supervises the day-to-day operations, handling the facility maintenance, running the crane and managing vessel loadouts. His dedication to meeting clients’ needs and maintaining project schedules, all while operating safely, does not go unnoticed.
Michelle West oversees Hydra’s Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental policies. Beginning this line of work in 2014 when she joined the Hydra team, Michelle ensures Hydra adheres to the standards set forth by the ISO 9001:2008 certification as well as internal standards. It is through Michelle’s work that Hydra continues to provide high-quality and safe services to customers.
As part of her duties, Michelle communicates with team members to confirm minimum training requirements and certifications have been met. She also collaborates with Hydra’s superintendents regarding safety policies and procedures to mitigate risk of work-related injuries or incidents.
Michelle holds a Bachelor’s Degree from of Texas A&M University.
